If you’re dreaming of a wedding that feels wild, heartfelt and deeply personal — High Nature offers something truly special.

Set above Seacombe Sands / Gara Rock Beach in East Portlemouth, High Nature Centre is a secluded, nature-immersed sanctuary where you can celebrate your love surrounded by open skies, organic gardens and the rolling South Devon landscape.

This is not a conventional venue.
It’s a place to gather your people, honour the earth, and create a celebration that reflects your values.

Long Weekends, Mid Week or 5 Night Stay Celebrations!

Many couples choose High Nature for a full wedding weekend or longer — giving space for connection, relaxation and joy beyond just one day. We can accommodate 40 glamping guests, another 30 in our camping / campervan pitches, plus day visitors – a max of 100 guests.

4-night midweeks (Mon–Fri): May 17th-21st, May 24th-28th, June 7th-11th, June 14th-18th, June 21st-25th, June 28th-July 2nd, July 5th-July 9th, July 12th-July 16th, July 19th-July 23rd, Sept 6th-10th, Sept 13th-17th.
5 night stays (Fri-Wed, Wed-Mon): May 14th-19th, May 19th-24th, May 21st-26th, June 25th-30th, June 30th-July 5th, July 2nd-7th, July 7th-12th, July 9th-14th, July 16th-21st, Sept 1st-6th, Sept 3rd-8th, Sept 8th-13th, Sept 10th-15th.

Dine surrounded by living plants — herbs, vegetables and edible flowers growing throughout the site — creating a unique farm-to-table atmosphere.
