Gather, grow and learn together

World Schooling at High Nature

High Nature is the perfect base for world schooling families seeking connection, creativity, nature immersion and community living. Nestled in the rolling hills of South Devon and just minutes from breathtaking beaches, we offer a unique opportunity to come together as a temporary eco-village — living, learning and thriving side by side.

Whether you are looking for a short 3, 4, 5 or 7 night gathering, a longer 2 or 3 week residency (in June or September), High Nature can be exclusively yours.

Live Like an Eco-Community

High Nature is designed around permaculture principles and regenerative living. When you book the whole site, you create your own pop-up village — families living in yurts and bell tents, sharing meals, learning together and building meaningful friendships.

Children roam safely across wide open spaces. Adults connect over shared meals, projects and conversations. It’s community in its most nourishing form.

Food is at the heart of community life here.

  • Learn how to grow organic produce

  • Harvest straight from the gardens

  • Cook together in our fully equipped kitchen spaces

  • Or choose onsite catering with nourishing, wholefood meals
